Your Motive

Understanding what your motive is to sell is extremely important. Whether you’re hoping to downsize or upsize, kids have moved out, or wanting a change in environment, I am here to help. I will make sure your timeline goals are considered and met, and ensure all expectations are met.

PRICING

Before selling, a price needs to be set. A CMA will help determine the price near your area and how much the previous homes have sold for. This keeps pricing realistic and up to date with the market, and ensure it’s not undercutting or over pricing.

PREPPING HOME

Ensuring all the previous clutter is gone and staging the home is very important. Make sure any repairs that need to be done are completed , then house can be listed on MLS. You want the potential buyers to be able to envision themselves living in the home.

SHOW TIME

After everything is staged and cleaned up, the home is ready to be presented to the public at open houses or showings.

CLOSING DAY

After final documents are signed, hand over the keys and celebrate. To new chapters.
